Musings: 'Loopholes'

It is interesting that the two LIBERAL Finance Ministers who have been in the best position to take advantage of legitimate tax planning, that would now be labelled as "loopholes" have been Paul Martin, who introduced Kiddie Tax, and now Bill Morneau, who proposes to turn all private corporation planning on its head - now that he is no longer in the private sector.
